Cookie Policy
This policy explains how HypeFloat uses cookies and similar browser technologies. A cookie is a small file stored by a website. We also use local storage, which serves a similar purpose in your browser.
1. Necessary storage
Necessary storage is used without advertising consent because it supports functions you request or protects checkout integrity.

2. Advertising and measurement
If you select "Accept advertising," we load Meta Pixel and may store advertising attribution for up to 90 days, including UTM campaign values, a Meta click identifier, the landing page, referrer, and Meta browser identifiers such as _fbp or _fbc. Meta Pixel may send PageView, ViewContent, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout, and Purchase events with product identifiers, order-event identifiers, value, currency, device information, IP address, and cookie identifiers. Meta may use this information to measure ads, attribute conversions, limit repetition, and create or reach audiences according to its own policies. Meta cookies can persist for periods determined by Meta.
For a completed purchase made after advertising consent, HypeFloat may also send a matching Purchase event from its server through Meta Conversions API. The browser and server events use the same event identifier so Meta can deduplicate them. Contact and address matching fields are SHA-256 hashed before transmission. Meta Pixel, advertising attribution storage, and these advertising events are not activated before consent. Rejecting advertising cookies does not stop the cart, address form, checkout, or payment functions.
3. Managing your choice
You can accept, reject, or revisit your choice using the button below. Withdrawing consent removes HypeFloat's saved advertising attribution and stops future Meta Pixel loading or advertising events from this site. It does not automatically delete cookies already placed by Meta; you can remove those through your browser settings. Necessary order records may still be retained for payment, fulfillment, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations.
Your browser can also block or delete cookies and local storage. Blocking necessary storage may cause the cart or checkout to stop working. When the browser exposes a Global Privacy Control signal, HypeFloat treats it as a rejection of advertising tracking unless you later make a different choice through Cookie Choices.
