Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of hypefloat.com and purchases from ZHONGXIN CHUANGFU GROUP PTE. LTD., doing business as HypeFloat. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be legally able to enter a contract in your location and provide accurate, current information. You may not misuse the site, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape the site unlawfully, impersonate another person, or use the site for illegal activity.

2. Products and availability

We try to describe product colors, sizes, contents, and images accurately. Screens and photography can display colors differently, and handmade or party products may have minor variations. Products, quantities, and offers may change or become unavailable. We may limit quantities or reject orders reasonably suspected of error, abuse, resale, or fraud.

3. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and the final total are shown before payment where supported. Payment is handled by the payment provider selected at checkout. An order is not accepted until payment is successfully verified and we issue confirmation. A pending order does not guarantee acceptance or inventory.

If a price, product, or total is clearly incorrect, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount actually collected. You authorize us and our payment providers to perform reasonable fraud and payment checks. Do not submit payment repeatedly while a confirmation is pending; contact support if you are uncertain.

4. Shipping and delivery

Shipping estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, address errors, or events outside our reasonable control. You are responsible for providing a complete deliverable address. See the Shipping Policy for current details.

5. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Eligibility, time limits, condition requirements, exclusions, and the return process are described in our Returns & Refund Policy. A checkout cancellation is effective only before payment is completed. If payment has completed, the return or refund policy applies.

6. Product safety

Follow all product instructions and warnings. Balloons, small parts, ribbons, confetti products, and decoration tools can present choking, suffocation, entanglement, slip, or other hazards. Adult supervision may be required. Keep uninflated or broken balloons and small parts away from young children and pets, and dispose of them promptly. Do not release balloons outdoors.

7. Intellectual property

The site, HypeFloat branding, product copy, graphics, photographs, and software are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the site for personal shopping. No other rights are granted.

8. Third-party services

The site may use or link to third-party services such as payment providers and carriers. Their separate terms and privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability arising from a product order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit mandatory consumer rights.

10. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the site or material breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply. The courts of Singapore will have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable consumer law requires another forum. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally.

12. General terms

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and date. These Terms, together with the policies linked here, form the agreement concerning the site and purchases.
