This Privacy Policy explains how ZHONGXIN CHUANGFU GROUP PTE. LTD., doing business as HypeFloat ("HypeFloat," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit hypefloat.com, contact us, or place an order.
1. Information we collect

Payment card or wallet credentials are entered with the selected payment provider and are not intended to be stored by HypeFloat.
We may also collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page, approximate location, timestamps, cookie identifiers, cart activity, campaign parameters (such as UTM values or a Meta click identifier), and interactions with our products or ads. Advertising data is collected only after you grant advertising-cookie consent.
2. How we use information
- Provide the storefront, cart, checkout, payment confirmation, shipping, returns, and customer support.
- Verify orders, prevent duplicate or fraudulent transactions, and maintain security.
- Comply with accounting, tax, legal, and regulatory obligations.
- Measure and improve the site and, with consent where required, measure advertising performance and create advertising audiences.
- Send service messages about an order. Marketing messages will be sent only where permitted and can be unsubscribed from.
3. How we disclose information
We may disclose relevant information to service providers that help us operate the store, including Cloudflare for hosting and order storage, Stripe or PayPal for payment processing, shipping and logistics providers, email or customer-support providers, professional advisers, and authorities when required by law. If you consent to advertising cookies, Meta may receive site-event and device information through Meta Pixel and, for a completed purchase, through Meta Conversions API. Purchase information sent to Meta may include the order value, currency, product identifiers, browser or click identifiers, IP address, user agent, and contact or address fields transformed with SHA-256 hashing before transmission. Meta processes this information under its own terms and privacy policy.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some U.S. privacy laws may define consented advertising disclosures as "sharing" or targeted advertising. You can reject or withdraw advertising consent at any time through .
4. Cookies and similar technologies
Necessary browser storage supports the cart, checkout security, order-event deduplication, and your privacy choice.
